These sought-after appointments include: Milan Fashion Shows Fendi Couture and High Jewlery Shows World of Fendi events Fendi Gems and Hand in Hand bespoke events and one to one Trunk Shows / Collection Presentations The Fendi is Rome, Fendi is Florence programme (dedicated to top or high-potential clients)

💡 Each event has a specific organizational flow and invitation approval process led by HQ and Zone Private Client Relations teams. Refer to your Zone PCR team for all the above events.

Please note that remote pre-orders are still possible in the zones, upon PCR HQ approval, on selected VIC client base.

FENDI is Florence A programme organized and developed as an immersive Fendi experience that engages clients through the discovery of the new Fendi Factory in Cappannuccia. Clients will be hosted in a bespoke factory tour, lasting approximately 45’, going through the Fendi bags production flow and MTO process. The experience will end with a visit of the rooftop garden (weather permitting) and a refreshment at the Fendi Caffè. How to book a Fendi factory visit: Client criteria: Club / Elite + Client is already travelling to Florence Required lead time for request: 2 weeks before requested date of appointment How to request: Email PCR (Sandra Carli Karlsson or Giulia Girardi) with the following details: Client name Client ID Requested date and time Important details on habits/product desires Disclaimer: Request is subject to PCR approval and factory availability The factory is not available to visit 1PM – 3PM (closed for lunch), or on weekends Do NOT promise experience to the client without first getting approval and instructions from PCR (Sandra Carli Karlsson or Giulia Girardi) Please be aware that there are areas of the factory where you cannot take pictures
